About Dr. Nate Karam | PT³

If we were sitting together talking about your goals, I would probably start with one simple question. What do you want your body to be able to do? Most people want to feel stronger, more capable, and more confident, but no one teaches you how to get there in a way that feels clear. That is why I created PT³.

My name is Dr. Nate Karam. I am a Sports Physical Therapist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, and the founder of PT³. My journey started long before the degrees. I grew up as an athlete who loved the weight room and the process of improving. That passion took me to the University of Florida, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology. I continued on to earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of North Florida, and I am now completing a Sports Physical Therapy Residency through Brooks Rehab. Training and learning have shaped who I am just as much as any classroom or clinic ever has.

My path has not been perfect. A shoulder injury ended my baseball career. A difficult chapter in my personal life left me feeling lost and unsure of myself. My confidence and direction took real hits. Strength training, smart rehab, and consistent movement were the things that brought me back. They rebuilt me. They gave me clarity, purpose, structure, and a level of confidence I had never felt before. PT³ exists because of that transformation.

When I coach someone, it is personal to me. I know what it feels like to work hard and still feel stuck. I know what it is like to feel confused, overwhelmed, or unsure of what to do next. That is why I do not hand out generic plans or treat people like numbers. I listen closely. I guide. I adjust. I build programs that match your goals, your lifestyle, and your starting point. My job is to make the process feel clear and purposeful so that every week brings you closer to the version of yourself you want to become.

PT³ is not a high volume coaching system. It is personal and intentional. It is a place where training, rehab, and performance come together in a way that makes sense. If you want a coach who understands what it feels like to rebuild and who believes deeply in the healing and empowering qualities of movement, you will feel at home here.

I would be honored to help you become the strongest version of yourself.

My Purpose is simple:

I want to show the world the medicinal qualities of movement. I want people to understand how powerful strength training and intentional rehab can be when they are built around the individual. My mission is to help make the world a stronger place, one person at a time.
