About Dr. Nate Karam | PT³

Let’s skip the gimmicks. You’re not here for cookie-cutter workouts or one-size-fits-all rehab plans—you’re here because you want results. Real results. And you want them from someone who’s walked the walk.

I’m Dr. Nate Karam, a physical therapist, strength coach, and founder of PT³—where training, rehab, and performance meet. With 6 years of hands-on experience in the fitness industry—ranging from personal training to gym supervisor roles—and 6 years of professional education, including a Bachelor’s in Applied Physiology & Kinesiology and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy, I built PT³ to be the bridge between injury recovery and elite performance. I’m only 24 years old, but I’ve already put in the time and reps—clinically, academically, and personally.

This isn’t some mass-produced influencer coaching. I don’t farm out generic PDFs or juggle hundreds of clients. I work with a select few individuals who are serious about leveling up—and I dedicate my full attention to every one of them.

PT³ was born out of personal pain and perseverance. After a shoulder injury ended my 10-year baseball career, I experienced firsthand how powerful physical therapy can be. Years later, I found the gym again during one of the lowest points in my life—a rough breakup, a crumbling self-image, and stress-induced alopecia to top it all off. But I rebuilt myself through strength training, clean nutrition, and mindset work. The results weren’t just physical—they were transformational. That journey is what drives PT³.

My mission is simple:

Optimize everything about your training. Waste no time. Use energy only on what’s necessary. Cut the fluff. Follow the facts. Whether you're an athlete returning from injury, or someone trying to finally train without pain, you’re in the right place.

Let’s build your strongest self—one rep, one program, one breakthrough at a time.
