This 3-month commitment is perfect for lifters and athletes who are ready to level up fast. You’ll get fully personalized, data-driven coaching built around your goals, lifestyle, and training experience. We don’t guess here - we track, test, and evolve.

Includes:

  • Personalized workout programming updated monthly

  • Weekly progress tracking and performance check-ins

  • Custom nutrition plan with grocery list + sample meals

  • Integrated rehab support and movement corrections

  • Habit training with weekly assigned tasks

  • Community forum with leaderboard for cooperative/competitive interactions between clients

  • Full access to PT³ Studio, my flagship service with an in-app video catalog covering exercise physiology, form correction, nutrition advice, stoicism/mindset, and a library of on-demand workouts for busy days or travel time

I onboard clients in cycles of 3 month cohorts beginning in January, April, July, and October. Once a cycle begins, all applications will be added to the waitlist for the next cohort.
