HOW IT WORKS

Step 1: Book a free 20-minute discovery call.

I'll ask you about your goals, your training history, and what's not working. If PT³ is the right fit, I'll walk you through the system. If it's not, I'll tell you that too.

Step 2: Complete your onboarding assessment.

Once you're in, you fill out a detailed intake form covering your injury history, movement limitations, goals, schedule, equipment access, and nutrition habits.

Step 3: Receive your custom program.

Within the first week you'll have your full training program, nutrition protocol, and habit tracking dashboard built and loaded into Everfit.

Step 4: Train, check in, improve.

Every week we review your progress and adjust. For 12 weeks straight. No autopilot. No set-it-and-forget-it. Real coaching, real adjustments, real results.

Doctor of Physical Therapy. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Currently completing a sports physical therapy residency at Brooks Rehabilitation in Jacksonville, FL. Over 7 years of coaching experience across personal training, strength and conditioning, and rehabilitation.
